GM Recall

As part of the GM Recall team, I contributed to the design and production of quarterly creative assets across multiple channels to support ongoing safety recall communications. My work included developing responsive email designs in Adobe XD (mirroring Figma workflows), crafting direct mail pieces focused on clarity and compliance, and producing digital paid media (OLA) assets for web and social platforms. Using Photoshop and After Effects, I helped create dynamic, on-brand animations and static visuals that maintained GM’s visual integrity while driving consumer engagement and action. This ongoing campaign required consistent alignment between strategy, creative storytelling, and brand voice—ensuring each touchpoint effectively informed and motivated vehicle owners to act on important safety updates.
